Insurance & Fees
My standard Private Pay fee is $125 for clinical assessment (first visit), $125 for a 50-minute session, and $130 for Family session.
Life Coaching:
Insurance does not cover life coaching. The cost of life coaching is $100 per 50 minute session
Out of network rates are available
If I do not accept your insurance at this time you may be able to bill your insurance identifying me as an out-of-network provider. Often this means that paying for our services will count towards your family’s yearly deductible
I currently accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Magellan Behavioral Health, Various Medicaid, Multiplan, and TriCare.
Questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash, check, debit/credit cards, FSA/HSA cards are accepted for payment and is due at the beginning of each session.
In order to provide the best possible service, we will appreciate your cooperation in scheduling appointments. If you find that you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no charge for these cancellations. However, a $75 fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours‘ notice and for other non-emergency unkept appointments. No Call/ No Show appointments are also charged a $75 fee. Please keep in mind that I set aside a significant amount of time for each of your appointments.
